Overview of the position

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated Data Annotators to help improve our machine learning models. As part of our team, you will work to label and categorize data to train and refine cutting-edge AI systems. Your work will directly contribute to improving the accuracy, fairness and performance of the models.

Responsibilities

• Accurately label and categorize datasets (e.g. text, images, audio or video).
• Follow clear annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and researchers to refine annotation instructions.
• Flag ambiguous or low-quality data and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Meet daily or weekly labeling targets with a high degree of accuracy.

Skills / Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Current or graduate degree in STEM or other highly analytical field from a globally recognized university.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
• Basic knowledge of computers and online annotation tools.
